Yes, that’s both before and after. Reminds me of a saying in front of one Biology Department (I think that of KAIST, Korean Institute for Science and Technology):
„Theories come and go; the frog remains.“

Do you use phone and camera, or just camera?

I generally use a camera, but when I have no camera with me, I make pictures with smartphone, what makes also good results.
